Rule 2.0 - DUES
Rule 2.1 - Dues shall be approved by a majority vote
of members present and voting at November
Meetings.
a) Member: Single $10.00
Couple $20.00
b) Senior Citizen (62+): Single
$8.00
Couple $15.00
Rule 2.2 - Banknite (members only)
$3.00
Rule 2.3 - Raffle Tickets
$1.00 for 5 Tickets
Rule 3.0 - STANDING COMMITTEES
Rule 3.1 - Standing Committees shall be:
Outings: plan fishing/camping rallies for each year;
Fundraising: raise funds for organization's events;
Bass Tournament: coordinate plans for tournament;
Banquet: plan an annual February gathering with Banknite but no
registration fee.
Charges per Person shall include gratuity, tip, and tax;
Banknite: coordinate Banknite program;
Raffle: coordinate Raffle program for each event and meeting except
annual Banquet;
Wagonmaster shall be responsible for flyer, game, and entertainment.
Rule 4.0 - BASS TOURNAMENT
Rule 4.1 - Organization shall:
Appoint a committee to coordinate its annual Bass Tournament;
Maintain a Bass Fund;
Develop and maintain a tournament guide.
Rule 4.2 - Chairperson(s) shall be residents of
Northern California and regular attendees of
Organization's meetings.
Rule 4.3 - Committee shall:
Present preliminary plans to membership for approval at first
regular meeting Bass
Tournament and full plans at/before November meeting at latest;
File a report after tournament with recommendations for improvements
or changes;
Work closely with organization's Treasurer who shall be responsible
for Bass fund;
Raise funds to support Bass Tournament.
Rule 5.0 - BANKNITE
Rule 5.1 - Each Member may purchase a $3.00 Banknite
"ticket" at each outing/camping event and
annual Banquet that has at least 15 members
attending.
Rule 5.2 - Name of purchase shall go into drawings
for one year from December to November.
Rule 5.3 - 25% will go into organization's general
Fund.
Rule 5.4 - 25% will go into Banquet Fund.
Rule 5.5 - Remaining 50% will go into Banknite Fund
for prizes.
Rule 5.6 - One drawing will be made at each camping
events and annual Banquet for the Banknite
Prize, and if drawn member is absent, prize money will roll over to
next event.
Rule 5.7 - At the annual Banquet the above
accumulated 25% (Rule 5.4) plus the balance leftover
from the 50% (Rule 5.5) will be awarded to first present member name
drawn. For each absent
member name Drawn, prior to jackpot, $5.00 will revert to General
Fund.
Rule 6.0 - RAFFLE TICKETS
Rule 6.1 - Raffle tickets shall be sold at each
outing/event with 20% collected going to Club and the balance
distributed as prize money.
Rule 6.2 - Raffle tickets shall be available at $1.00
for 5 tickets.
Rule 6.3 - Raffle tickets shall not be sold for the
Banquet.
Rule 7.0 - REGISTRATION
Rule 7.1 - A registration fee of $3.00 for members
and $5.00 for non-members shall be required at
each outing/event except for the Banquet.
